The Site provides a unique motion analysis system through which our members can upload video clips and pictures of their Rehab motion and receive instruction, analysis and critique from a motion model designed by Rehab professionals from around the world. This sophisticated system takes into consideration the individual Rehaber's height, build, and playing level in order to provide a truly personalized service. The Site also provides an online service to bring the Rehab community together. Our members can profile their lives online, view each other's profiles, and connect with others around shared interests. Our members can make unlimited friends and connections and then use those connections to connect personally and do business with others on a whole new level. Our members can change their profile information at any time.

This Privacy Policy provides our policies and procedures with respect to the collection and use of your personally identifiable information as a user of the Site, as well as what choices you have about its use, if applicable. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

Registration Information

You may only use the Site as a "Registered Member" (which means you have registered as a member of the Site). In order to register as a member of the Site, you must complete the online registration form and create a password and unique user name. During registration you are also required to give personally identifiable information including your first name, last name, and email address. We use this information to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to the Site. Some of your registration information also becomes part of your Personal Profile.

Personal Profile Information

If you are a Registered Member, you have the option to provide profile information about yourself on your "Personal Profile" such as your gender, age, and personal Rehab information. We encourage you to submit relevant information so we can provide you a more personalized experience on our Site. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in your Personal Profile or as part of our movement & motion analysis system (described in more detail below). When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records. We collect the first and last name, profile picture and email address. The purpose of this is to identify and authenticate the user. The collected data can be deleted from the "Delete my profile" button, easily found in the Profile tab.

Data for Motion Analysis System

If you choose to take advantage of our unique movment analysis system, we will request that you provide us with certain information required for optimal use of the motion model, including but not limited to your gender, physical attributes (e.g., height), Rehab handicap, grip, ball flight dexterity, etc.

Pictures and Video Clips

If you are a Registered Member, you have the option to add one or more pictures to your Personal Profile. You also can designate one picture as your "Main Profile Picture." In addition, if you sign up to use our motion analysis system, you will be required to upload pictures and video clips of yourself as part of that service. These pictures and video clips uploaded as part of our motion analysis system including all other pictures and videos you upload to the Site will always be viewable by us and other Registered Members.

Promotions, Contests or Surveys

From time to time you may be offered the opportunity to participate in a promotion, contest or survey on the Site (we will refer to all of these activities as "Promotions"). If you participate in a Promotion, we (or a third party identified by us), may request additional information from you? including personally identifiable information.

Invitations and Other Communications to Non-Members

We may offer you a referral service to tell a friend (on the Site, "Friends" are also referred to as "Connections") about our Site. If you choose to use our referral service, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend an initial email inviting him or her to visit the Site. We may store your friend's name and email address so that your friend may be added to your "friend's list", and also to send reminders of the invitations. We will not sell the email addresses you provide for referrals or use that information to send any other communication besides invitations and invitation reminders. Information from Other Sources

From time to time, we may receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. For example, we may receive confirmations or other feedback from third parties engaged in Promotions. We also may obtain search term and search result information from some searches conducted through the Web search features; search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links from Google?).

Website Traffic Information

We collect this information from Registered Members, typically through automated methods.

Cookies and Pixel Tags

A pixel tag, also known as a clear GIF or web beacon, is an invisible tag placed on certain pages of a website but not on your computer. Registered Member information is displayed to other Registered Members in order to facilitate user interaction in our social network community. All of the information in your Personal Profile is viewable by Registered Members; you cannot filter your information to other Registered Members. To facilitate searching and finding friends and acquaintances on the service (discussed in more detail below), the Site allows users to search for other members using criteria, such as first and last name, age, and email address, but only if and to the extent that you provide such information. The following sections describe additional information that may be viewable by others.

Information relating to the Body Movement Analysis System

If you sign up to use our motion analysis system, you will receive instruction, analysis and critique from a motion model designed by Rehab professionals from around the world. We store this information, as well as the data that you provide as part of the motion analysis system (discussed in more detail above). We may also use this information and data to promote the Website or for any other legal purpose; however, we will not include any personally identifiable information without your consent.

As part of our motion analysis system, you will also be required to upload pictures and video clips of yourself. These pictures and video clips will be stored by us and may be used to promote the Website or for any other legal purpose.

Service Providers

We use third parties to provide certain administrative and service-related services on our Site. These third parties may have access to all of your personal information. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Promotional Offers

Occasionally we send offers on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Providing Personalized Services to You

We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, Internet Traffic Information and/or third party sources to create a "profile" of your preferences.
